Kanye West to headline Coachella Festival

Kanye West will headline the 2011 Coachella Festival in his first big show since the release of his last album. The three day Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is one of the biggest music festivals of the year and tickets always are in high demand. And with your boy on the bill, Kanye West tickets for the Coachella Festival are going fast. The only tickets being sold are three-day passes, and they have already sold out officially. But you can still buy Coachella tickets on the secondary ticket market from sites like Ticket Liquidator and Stub Hub. The festival showcases dozens of the most talented musicians out there, from established artists like Kanye West, The Strokes and Kings of Leon to up and coming acts. Kanye West has not been performing much in recent years, after canceling the Fame Kills Tour with Lady Gaga. The Kanye West Coachella concert is a big deal, and could hint at a new Kanye West Tour coming up. This marks the first big show for ‘Ye since the release of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
It seems this could be the biggest Coachella Festival yet, and fans are eager to see the premier festival in music. Tickets for Coachella sold out in five days, a new record. This marks the second appearance at the desert concert, as Kanye was added late to the 2006 Coachella Festival. He also played the Bonnaroo Festival as well as Lollapalooza in 2008. Other hip hop acts performing at the 2011 Coachella Festival include Wiz Khalifa, Nas & Damian Marley, Cee Lo Green, A-Trak, Eryka Badu and Lauryn Hill along with rockers like the Kings of Leon, Arcade Fire, The Strokes, Duran Duran, The Black Keys, Cage the Elephant and dozens more.
